Is it normal to cry a lot even if it’s not something anyone would cry about?

Since you mentioned yourself that – you have been crying for something normal aspects for which people generally don’t cry – you need to look into your life more deeply; well I absolutely agree that crying is necessary to vent our emotions, but you should also understand that excessive crying for things which generally people don’t cry for, is something to look out.
I say this because, anything in excess is not good and it drains your life energy; why should you loose your precious life energy, instead try to see why are you hypersensitive to normal stuff which really you shouldn’t be; that’s my take on this and God bless you .

It depends on what type of emotional person you are.
I’m a crier, but all kinds of crying.
I cry at Hallmark ads, I tear up when my niece says “I love you more than air!” I cry happy tears, sad tears, tears of joy.
It seems like I feel better after a good cry if I’m sad.
The ONLY time I cannot cry is if I’m angry, which doesn’t happen much.
If I’m pissed at you, I’ll be DAMNED if I’ll let you see me cry.
Once the mad stuff is over, I cry like crazy, but not while I’m still mad.
I don’t really understand why- I’m just wired that way, I guess!
Crying is just like smiling, laughing, being angry- any type of emotional response.
Yes, it’s okay to cry, whenever you feel like it! A little, a lot, whatever you feel like! No one gets to tell you how to feel or act.
That’s YOUR prerogative!

Yes.
.
it is perfectly normal to cry at times, for various reasons.
I have seen people cry while watching movies.
(As a child I used to sob out while watching a sad scene in movies).
At the most you will be labelled -emotional.
People cry while listening to music , it makes you a music lover.
People get tears whiile looking at old family pictures , old memories – nostalgia.
Nowhere will you be called abnormal :)
So, crying is normal.
It makes us human.

I trust the answer pies in ur question, so…
May i ask u how old r u?? 8-P

It's okay if you cry.
.
not everyone is same and not everyone goes through the same you do.
Every human being is different from one another.
So I think it's okay to cry if you feel sad about that one thing even if it's not something anyone would cry about.
Let your feelings express.
It's your life !!so don't depend on others thoughts about that thing.
Hope it helps!

I think you may have answered your own question there.

Stop judging your emotions and your whole life will get easier.
We feel.
Sometimes it's hard to know what we feel so strongly about and that's ok.
It doesn't matter.
Feelings can go on quite easily without you understanding them.
Just let them happen.
It doesn't matter why you cry.
Just cry.

Things affect people differently.
It may be a deeper issue though, so I would take time to reflect.
Otherwise I wouldn’t worry too much.
I know people who cry at literally everything.
It probably just means you’re very in tune with your emotions :)
