Have you ever read your childs diary

Have you ever read your child's diary?

Never, never, never.
My kid left notes that she passed to her friends in school out and I never read them either.
If my kid wants to tell me something (and she told me everything), I left it up to her.
I taught her not to lie when she was very young and then I trusted her.
The worst thing I could say to her was that I was disappointed in her choice.
She told this to her best friend and was made fun of.
Then once I had to tell her friend that I was disappointed in her and she cried in the drive way.
I have been proud of the way they turned out.
